We are consultants who conduct market and social research and cultural insight projects, customised to provide the information and insights that our clients need. We are based in Sydney.
SEEING THE LIGHT
Our graphic design is a metaphor for the insight we bring to our work. We see light where there are currently shadows, and discover treasures of detail that no one knew were there. We see clearly. We think clearly. And we design. We design research before we conduct, analyse and interpret it. That's how we see the light. We think deeply and carefully to make sure that the sample design and research method meet our client’s objectives. That is how we see the treasured detail.
WE COME FROM THE SOCIAL SCIENCES, THE ARTS, AND THE HUMANITIES
Our team members offer research expertise and academic knowledge from the arts, linguistics, literature, psychology, sociology, consumer behaviour, marketing and ethics. Our social science backgrounds mean that we see beyond the conventional. We think about 'people' not 'consumers'. We know that emotions and imagination define and drive our experiences, which is why we love to talk to people in our research!
We do not simply observe. We appreciate the uniquely human gift of language. Linguistics expertise and knowledge of other communications theories are at the heart of our written communications research. We know how language works.
